Zanzi UK is run by Sandra Slaughter, an experienced corporate trainer who was looking to branch into the private market of personal development. Love Luxury Events were approached for help with finding and organising a venue in the South East of England for a luxury weekend retreat.
The Zanzi team had a very specific requirement, they were looking for a suitably high-end venue, within a designated budget, with good transport links for the London market, and that importantly offered a comfortable and supportive environment for attendees.
We presented a variety of venues together with a support brief, arranged site visits with Sandra and suggested how Zanzi could run the weekend development programme at each particular venue. The contract included running the marketing of the event, all event preplanning, and liaising with attendees throughout the process from initial booking to post-event evaluation.
Handling All The ‘Nitty Gritty’
It was important for Sandra that she would not be personally involved in the ‘nitty gritty’ of the weekend event. Sandra wanted to focus her time and efforts on her training whilst all the organisational issues were left to the Love Luxury Events team.
Having Love Luxury Events on board allowed Zanzi to concentrate on their attendees’ training and learning, whilst we ensured the weekend ran smoothly behind the scenes, was within budget, and all attendees could experience a highly personalised service.
